Receiving Your Payouts
MelodyMint.co offers secure and convenient payout methods.
1. Your Payout Methods
You can receive your payouts via PayPal or WISE (formerly TransferWise), the method you selected during sign-up.
Ensuring Your Connection is Ready
PayPal Payouts — Please ensure that your PayPal connection is active to receive payments. If there is any issue with your PayPal account connection, an alert (similar to the example below) will appear on your dashboard.
In such cases, click the "PayPal" button or follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your account.

Automatic Payout for Accrued Earnings
Once your accrued payment reaches $100 or more, your earnings will be automatically processed for payout via your registered method (PayPal or WISE).
2. Payment Status & History
Access the Payment section in your app's bottom menu to view your payment status and history.
Current Status: View the status of your payments below.
Reviewing
The final earnings are currently being finalized.
Your payment is being prepared. No action is required from your side at this stage.
Paid
The final earnings has already been transferred to your registered payment account.
Your revenue has already been transferred to your registered payment account Please check your PayPal or WISE account for the funds.
Failed
Payment has failed, likely due to issues with the PayPal connection or similar problems.
Please check your connected PayPal/WISE account details in "My Channels" settings. If the issue persists after updating details, contact our support team immediately.

3. Downloadable Reports
For your records and financial management, you can download detailed payment breakdowns in PDF format if the payment status is Paid.
Access: Navigate to the Payment section in your app's bottom menu.
Download: Click the "Download PDF" button to get a PDF breakdown of your payment details.
