Q: Can I connect multiple YouTube channels?
A: Yes. Your primary YouTube channel linked to your Google account will connect automatically upon sign-up. You can then add and manage additional YouTube channels from the My Channel section in your dashboard.
Q: Can I remove my last YouTube channel?
A: No. You must keep at least one YouTube channel linked to your MelodyMint.co account after your initial sign-up to maintain account functionality. The option to remove your very last linked channel will not be displayed.
Q: Why do I need to link my PayPal/ Bank account?
A: Connecting your PayPal account is essential to receive your payouts from MelodyMint.co. Once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, all payments will be securely processed.
Q: How can I switch my payment method or change my Payment information?
A: You can switch between PayPal and Bank Account (via Wise Transfer). To switch your payment method:
Go to My Channel.
Click the Setup icon (in the top-left corner).
Select Payment Method and switch to your preferred option.

A: Once you sign up and link your YouTube channel, you will automatically earn incentives based on the view counts of your YouTube videos that use Background music downloaded from MelodyMint.co. There are no costs for the creator.
Q: Is there a minimum channel size or subscriber count to earn?
A: Not at all! Whether you’re just starting out or already have a big audience, you’re welcome to join. Every creator has the chance to receive incentives—your channel size or monthly views won’t hold you back!
Q: How can I check my earnings?
A: You can view your estimated earnings on your personalized dashboard, accessible after signing in. You'll see detailed breakdowns by music track, video, channel, period, and even by country, updated in near real-time here.
Q: When will I receive my payouts?
A: It takes approximately 60 days for the payout. For example, May's Revenue is paid out by July 31st.
Q: What is the minimum payout amount?
A: You can receive your earnings via PayPal/Wise once your total confirmed payment reaches $100 or more.
Q: Can I download my payment history?
A: Yes! You can download a detailed payment breakdown in PDF format from the Payment section of your dashboard for your records.

A: Please make sure your YouTube channel is correctly linked and you’re using Background music from MelodyMint.co. Also, check the following:
The music volume is above 30%
You select the music from the YouTube Shorts music library when uploading your video
