Q: Can I remove my last YouTube channel?

• A: No. You must keep at least one YouTube channel linked to your MelodyMint.co account after your initial sign-up to maintain account functionality. The option to remove your very last linked channel will not be displayed.

Q: Why do I need to link my PayPal/ Bank account?

• A: Connecting your PayPal account is essential to receive your payouts from MelodyMint.co. Once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, all payments will be securely processed.

Q: How can I switch my payment method or change my Payment information?

• A: You can switch between PayPal and Bank Account (via Wise Transfer). To switch your payment method:

1. Go to My Channel.

2. Click the Setup icon (in the top-left corner).

3. Select Payment Method and switch to your preferred option.

Q: When will I receive my payouts?

• A: It takes approximately 60 days for the payout. For example, May's Revenue is paid out by July 31st.

Q: What is the minimum payout amount?

• A: You can receive your earnings via PayPal/Wise once your total confirmed payment reaches $100 or more.

Q: Can I download my payment history?

• A: Yes! You can download a detailed payment breakdown in PDF format from the Payment section of your dashboard for your records.

• A: Please make sure your YouTube channel is correctly linked and you’re using Background music from MelodyMint.co. Also, check the following:

  • The music volume is above 30%

  • You select the music from the YouTube Shorts music library when uploading your video
