Payment Process

When the amount is not displayed

If the following display appears, your finalized payment, which is the precise amount to be paid, will appear on the Payment page approximately 45 days after the earnings are generated.

And it may take approximately 60 days for your payout.

2. View your finalized earnings

When the amount is already displayed

You can receive your earnings once your finalized revenue reaches $100 or more.

Flat 50% Share: Creators will receive a flat 50% margin share rate from the revenue generated by the use of MelodyMint.co's content in your videos.

3. Understanding Your Payout Status & Schedule

Estimated vs. Finalized Revenue:

• The revenue displayed on your dashboard is ESTIMATED. It takes 45 days for your revenue to be finalized and confirmed. This period allows for reconciliation of data from various platforms.

• Example: Revenue generated in May 2025 will be finalized by July 15th.

Payout Threshold:

• Payouts are processed once your finalized revenue reaches a minimum threshold of $100 USD. If your finalized revenue is below this threshold, it will be rolled over to the next month until the threshold is met.

Payment Schedule:

• Payouts are processed monthly after the 60-day after the earnings are generated

• Paid Date: The exact date when the payment status is updated to Paid on your admin dashboard.

  • e.g: May revenue is finalized by June 30th and then paid by July 31st.

Withholding Tax:

• Please note that US tax (withholding tax) will be applied to your earnings.
