How to Delete Your MelodyMint.co Account
If you’d like to permanently delete your MelodyMint.co account, follow the steps below. Make sure to read the important notes so you know what will happen before you proceed!
Important Notes Before Deletion
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please be aware of the following consequences:
Loss of All Earnings Progress: You will permanently lose access to all accumulated earnings and historical revenue data (including earnings per music track, per video, and per channel). This information cannot be recovered.
Loss of Future Payouts: You will no longer be eligible to receive any future payouts from MelodyMint.co.
Account Irrecoverability: Once deleted, your account cannot be restored or re-linked in the future.
Channel Unlinking: All linked YouTube channels will be disconnected from MelodyMint.co.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps within the MelodyMint.co platform to delete your account:
1. Navigate to "My Channels"
From the bottom menu of the MelodyMint.co platform, tap on "My Channels".
2. Access Settings
On the "My Channels" screen, tap the 'Settings' icon at the top right corner.
3. Initiate Deletion
On the "Settings" screen, scroll down and tap on "Delete Account".
4. Review Confirmation Dialog
A confirmation dialog will appear, stating: "Are you sure you want to delete your account?"
Please select the applicable checkbox to tell us why you're deleting your account, and tap "Continue".
5. Confirm Deletion
To proceed with deletion, tap the "Delete Account" button highlighted in red.
If you change your mind, tap "Cancel".
6. Account Deleted
Upon confirmation, your account will be deleted, and you will be immediately signed out of the platform.
What Happens After Deletion?
You will be redirected to the MelodyMint.co homepage (guest view).
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address for your records.
Any attempts to sign in with the deleted account will show an "Account not found" message.
