To avoid payment delays or failures, please double-check the following details before submitting your account information:

1. Account Name & Number Match

• The account name and account number must exactly match what is registered with your bank.

• Any discrepancies may cause your payment to fail or be rejected.

Tip: Verify your details against your bank statement or online banking portal before submitting.

2. Account Name Formatting

• Enter your account name exactly as it appears in your bank records.

• Avoid missing words, extra words, or incorrect capitalization/order.

Examples:

• ✅ Correct: John Michael Smith / john michael smith — matches bank record

• ❌ Incorrect: JOHN MICHAEL SMITH - all capital letters

• ❌ Incorrect: John M. Smith — abbreviation not allowed

• ❌ Incorrect: Smith John Michael —incorrect name order

3. Avoid Invalid Characters

• Do not use special characters such as #, /, or . in your account name.

• These are not supported and may cause errors in the registration process.

Link your PayPal Account

To ensure your PayPal account is correctly linked and payments are processed smoothly, please follow the steps below:

Log in or Create a PayPal Account

• Enter your email address or mobile number.

• If you already have an account, click Next and log in with your credentials.

• If you don’t have an account yet, click Sign Up to create a new PayPal account.

Verify Your Account Information

To avoid failed or delayed payments, please make sure the following details are accurate:

• Your PayPal account name must match your legal name or the name registered with your bank.

• Use an active email address that you regularly check, as PayPal sends payment confirmations and important updates via email.
